Eti-Tech AG is a member of VQF, a FINMA-recognised Self-Regulatory Organisation. As such Eti-Tech is subject to Swiss anti-money-laundering obligations, including customer identification, due diligence, transaction monitoring, and reporting duties where required.
This status is important, but it should also be understood clearly: SRO membership is anti-money-laundering supervision. It is not a banking licence, and cryptoassets are not protected by deposit insurance. You can verify our company and regulatory information on our Registration page.
